MY MUAY THAI CLASS

gale_61My Muay Thai Class is our main program. This program is intended for everybody who wants to learn the art of Muay Thai and train basic techniques. With mainly based on Punch, Kick, Elbow, Knee to attack and defense. For fitness purpose these training will increase cardio vascular function (cardio-respiratory) and it will support strength of muscle and bone. Muay Thai train concentration, reaction, power and speed of body motion; it will either support increase of stamina by Shadow Box Training, Pad Work Training and Heavy Bag Training.

CARDIO MUAY THAI CLASS

cardioThis program is intended for male or female who wants to have a new kind of sport and fitness activity. Focused on calories burning and body shaping, it will take you to reach a new level of fitness and stamina. Cardio Muay Thai class integrates your speed and power of body motion and uses all of the basic techniques of Muay Thai.

KIDS MUAY THAI
kidsThis program is intended for children 6-12 years of age. We will introduce them the art of Muay Thai and train basic techniques through light practices methods in high safety rules. Muay Thai training can develop their ability to concentrate, stay focus, control emotion and make simple self-defense. In this program, supervision of our professional trainers is our first priority.

PRIVATE MUAY THAI CLASS

This Muay Thai Class is intended for single male / female or maximum group of 4 (four) who want/s to get an intensive Muay Thai training for self-defense or a special treatment related to calories burning and body shaping. This session is limited for 4 (four) person.

TRAINING FEES & TIME TABLE

Vaughan Fulmer Age: 39 Now in Perth, Western Australia When I first waddled in to Baan Muay Thai Club  I was weighting in at about 105kgs. I’d been living in Jakarta for almost a year and between living in hotels laced with too much of the local delicacies, combined late night work commitments meant I’d let myself go. I wanted to find some form of exercise that I’d enjoy and get me looking good. I’d done some muay thai back in Australia as part of a company health program and found I really enjoyed it so went searching for a club in Jakarta and this is how I stumbled upon Baan Muay Thai.... The refreshing thing about Baan Muay Thai is their approach. Firstly it’s about improving your fitness, it’s not about trying to go out and fighting people. Secondly, for me it was about fun, then comes technique and power. The trainers know how keep you motivated to the point where 2 hours of intense work just seems to drift by.  Yes you’ll sweat a lot and you might get the occasional bruise, but if you keep at it all this hard work will provide you some great results, and do it with a smile as well. Having lost some 15kg (and counting) over 7 months of attending both the fitness and the My Muay Thai classes I cannot speak highly enough of the trainers and their club.
