MY MUAY THAI CLASS
My Muay Thai Class is our main program. This program is intended for everybody who wants to learn the art of Muay Thai and train basic techniques. With mainly based on Punch, Kick, Elbow, Knee to attack and defense. For fitness purpose these training will increase cardio vascular function (cardio-respiratory) and it will support strength of muscle and bone. Muay Thai train concentration, reaction, power and speed of body motion; it will either support increase of stamina by Shadow Box Training, Pad Work Training and Heavy Bag Training.
CARDIO MUAY THAI CLASS
This program is intended for male or female who wants to have a new kind of sport and fitness activity. Focused on calories burning and body shaping, it will take you to reach a new level of fitness and stamina. Cardio Muay Thai class integrates your speed and power of body motion and uses all of the basic techniques of Muay Thai.

KIDS MUAY THAI CLASS
This program is intended for children 6-12 years of age. We will introduce them the art of Muay Thai and train basic techniques through light practices methods in high safety rules. Muay Thai training can develop their ability to concentrate, stay focus, control emotion and make simple self-defense. In this program, supervision of our professional trainers is our first priority.
PRIVATE MUAY THAI CLASS
This Muay Thai Class is intended for single male / female or maximum group of 4 (four) who want/s to get an intensive Muay Thai training for self-defense or a special treatment related to calories burning and body shaping. This session is limited for 4 (four) person.
